Whoooo! I just got back from church camp! which explains a long absence of posts over here=) Thanks mira for being concerned! haha
Well, as always, or perhaps even better, church camp is that time in a year where we get to spend more time with each other and strengthen our bonds with one other, and at the same time, growing in God through his word! It was an awesome experience for me to have that privilege once again this year!
I could see that plh is possibly undergoing a revival! I hope we'll all encourage one another even after the camp to serve the Lord joyfully! Its been a joy to know some of my juniors better, and some new comers too!
The theme of the camp focuses on the book of acts where it shows us christians, how we must evangalise and preach the gospel to the rest of the world. Indeed we live in a world that needs the good news, and acts was described as the best tonic ever in existence. Ive learnt alot, and hopefully the same happened the everyone else.
i'm also amazed by how God actually used this camp to address some of the serious issues that pspc is facing. One of the sermons preached really striked a chord, and it was addressing the leadership of church and also the congregational members. I can only hope that pspc will not fail like the church of euphesus did, even though it is likely to. May God be glorified in all circumstances!
No words can really amount to how blessed i am to have attended this camp! i feel recharged, and im pretty sure everyone else did!
